Submission Guidelines

  • The paper must be original and it should not be submitted elsewhere from the submission to publication.
  • The organization of the paper is as follows: Abstract, Introduction, Literature Survey, Methodology, Discussion and Conclusion.
  • Papers with high plagiarism will be rejected without revision.
  • Papers that do not comply with the IEEE template or number of pages will be rejected without revision.
  • Authors of accepted papers cannot be changed.
  • Accepted papers should be revised according to the review comments in order to proceed to the further registration step.
  • Non-refundable registration fee must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, camera-ready version of the paper and e-copyright form.
  • All submitted manuscripts will be subjected to the review process. Accepted & presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
  • Non-presented papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore digital library as per IEEE no-show policy.
